Ms. Tomshack has been the Treasurer of HealthSource Chiropractic since its inception in November 2005, and was named Executive Vice President in 2016.

Kristen Wallace spearheads the financial strategy at HealthSource as our CFO. With a background in corporate financing and financial reporting systems, Kristen can manage daily accounting activity while setting a course for long-term growth. She has served as a valued accounting and financial advisor at HealthSource since 2012.

Dr. Maz originally bought the massive HealthSource #1 in 2008 and went on to open several more clinics. He sold his interests to his business partner and joined the corporate team full-time in 2021. He has produced at the highest levels in chiropractic and has seen it all. Also a unicorn in our profession, he understands both chiropractic and business at the graduate level, and you’ll be learning more about HealthSource directly from this seasoned professional. He’ll immediately put you at ease and you’ll have a fun, relaxing, and informative conversation.

Patty is responsible for directing new Franchisees through the onboarding process, which includes the setup of the clinic from a business, construction, and branding perspective. As the liaison between the Franchisee and “Everything HealthSource”, Patty will use her strong organizational and attention to detail skills to create, monitor, and implement the onboarding timeline. As your main point of contact, Patty will take you under her wing until you become a full-fledged HealthSource clinic.

Nora brings 20+ years' experience in marketing with a heavy focus on Consumer and Retail categories. Nora has worked on many blue-chip brands such as McDonald's Procter & Gamble, Coca-Cola, and she served as the Vice President of Marketing for a national franchise. She has a proven track record of strong leadership, fostering growth and developing customer acquisition focused marketing strategies. She prides herself on her relationship-building skills and team health principles. Nora and HS marketing team have attracted thousands of new patients to HealthSource clinics and are integral to our success

Katie Meyette is from Milford, Michigan and is a graduate of Eastern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Her background in graphic design makes her a huge asset to HealthSource's Marketing Department. She specializes in conveying HealthSource brand's identity through creative narratives and eye-catching visuals across all of our locations. She values a great team connection and collaboration to build strong relationships, leadership, and innovation.

She owns an 1800s farm house with her sister Ally and they have a cute 2 year old German Shepherd, named Mila. In her spare time, Katie enjoys playing volleyball, painting, illustration, crafting, working out, gardening, hiking, spending time with family, and being outdoors

Nicole has been the Director of Operations since July 2019. Prior to joining HealthSource Chiropractic, Inc., she was a support manager for Phunkey, Inc., the provider of the proprietary software used by all HealthSource Chiropractic, Inc. franchisees from September 2008 until July 2019.

Dr. Barron provides first line support to our West Coast offices. He can often be located in his Sprinter RV heading to the next HealthSource location to train and support both the doctor and their entire team. Dr. Barron utilizes his experience and knowledge of owning and operating several multi-million dollar Clinics to assist our Doctors in implementing HealthSource Systems and accelerating the growth of their practices.

Dr. Casey Paulsen is the Regional Developer for HealthSource Chiropractic in Midwest & Northeast, providing the first line of support to our HealthSource offices located in these regions. Dr Casey's knowledge and experience of owning multiple successful HS Clinics is a great asset to our HealthSource Docs, assisting them in implementing HealthSource Systems and accelerating their growth. Dr Casey is a proud graduate of Dakota State University (Go Bison!!) and he received his Chiropractic Degree from NHSU, graduating with honors.

Jake Mathias is the Regional Developer for HealthSource Chiropractic in the states of Alabama and Mississippi. Jake, who has been with the company for over 11 years, has used the proven systems provided by HealthSource to develop doctors and teams in his region in order to help them grow their businesses to a more profitable state. In addition to the growth of businesses in his region, Jake has personally started six clinics with the goal of transferring these clinics to doctors who otherwise may not have the opportunity to obtain ownership.

Jerry Adams is our Franchisee Business Consultant for the Southeast region. Jerry joined HealthSource in 2017 and has used his 35 years of experience and knowledge in business and marketing to further the success of many clinics. He is an integral part of the HealthSource team.

After owning several successful practices in SD, MN, and IA, Dr. Bergquist turned his focus towards coaching and consulting doctors in documentation, compliance, and coding. Dr. Bergquist is a Certified Medical Compliance Specialist, Certified Professional Compliance Officer, and a Certified Professional Coder.

Jaycine is a front desk, rehab specialist, and billing expert and has been with HealthSource Chiropractic for over 15 years. She works with our Doctors and their team members using HealthSource Systems to positively impact their patients, their teams, and ultimately their communities. Jaycine is a wealth of knowledge and has been a life changer for many a front desk specialist and doctor.

Andrea is a front desk and billing expert and has been with HealthSource Chiropractic for over 15 years. Andrea has been an integral part of the Regional Support Team for our Midwest region clinics, assisting our Docs and their team members positively impact their patients and communities. Andrea enjoys reading, painting, watching movies, and cheering for her favorite MLB team; Minnesota Twins!!

As Director of Clinical Training, Dr. Brady Schuyler’s main focus is teaching our doctors and their teams the very latest on how to get even better results for the patients our offices serve. New discoveries and advancements are occurring at breakneck speed, and Dr. Brady makes sure our clinical systems are upgraded yearly so that the results our patients receive are at the top of the profession. He has been with HealthSource since 2006, first as an award-winning multiple office owner and now he is 100% dedicated to the HealthSource Family.

Anne Winters is responsible for developing and leading the HealthSource training strategy and is our Director of Administrative Training — a role she embraces with enthusiasm. She has more than 30 years of experience in assessing, designing, and facilitating training within the manufacturing, transportation, retail, and healthcare industries. Anne is a certified facilitator for Blanchard Company’s Situational Leadership, the Covey Leadership, Seven Habits of Highly Successful People, and Core Strength’s training programs.
